Finally got around to revisiting this character.

Ted 'seoulman' Kim: Ted is an illustrator and concept artist who has created art for video games, role-playing games, animation, comic books, magazines and advertising since 1998. His published titles include Cel Damage, Cel Damage Overdrive (UK), Full Auto, Full Auto 2: Battlelines, Eye Candy from Strangers and Street Fighter Tribute. Ted has worked with clients across North America, Asia and Europe. He is obsessed with music, movies, cartoons, comics, ice cream, chocolate and his wife and two children (although not necessarily in that order).
